Nestled in the heart of Austin's Cherrywood neighborhood, this gem's colors are sure to catch your eye as you drive by. A craftsmen home originally built in the 1930's, this house underwent several exterior face-lifts & fads, the latest being a layer of vinyl siding. While designing & building the two story addition in the back, we also replaced the vinyl with cement board siding, built much needed overhangs, opened up the front porch & swapped all the aluminum single pane windows with new double pane wood windows. This little house is complete with modern cable stair railing, screened in cedar & IPE porch, loft window lookout & a hand-cut star into the drip edge at the gable.
